With 14 years of experience in European Affairs, including as Senior Associate Director at BCW, Agata now dedicates her expertise to empowering women. Certified in transformational coaching and trained in mindfulness, neuroplasticity, and stress management at Stanford, she blends science and compassion to help women thrive.Becoming a mother multiple times was a profound turning point in her life. The experience reshaped her perspective on career, identity, and personal growth—challenging her to redefine success and embrace a more fulfilling path. Through her own journey of matrescence, she discovered the confidence to transition into a new profession, using her skills to support other women navigating the shifts of motherhood and work.
Roberta Nicotra | LunaLab Community Co-founder
Mom, Leadership and Development Coach, Effective Leadership Consultant
With a background in international law, public policy, and social and behavioral sciences, Roberta has worked with prominent international organizations around the world—including the United Nations, the European Union, and the Inter-American Development Bank. As a co-founder of LunaLab, she combines her expertise in leadership and coaching with a passion for social progress and transformative change.Matrescence profoundly reshaped Roberta’s path. After experiencing obstetric violence and medical negligence during the birth of her second child, she faced PTSD and lasting physical trauma. This challenging experience became a catalyst for self-growth, leading her to certify as a leadership and development coach in early 2022. Now, she is dedicated to helping women navigate matrescence, reclaim confidence, and redefine leadership on their own terms.
